Walk On is a free walking group run by LivingGrief at St Elizabeth Hospice.

Open to anyone who has been bereaved.  45-60 min walks in Ipswich and surrounding areas every 2 weeks.   

Coffee and cake after walks to chat.

Hope After Suicide

A face to face support group in Lowestoft to help overcome the isolation experienced by those bereaved by suicide who are 18 years and over. Meeting every first Tuesday of the month 7pm-9pm. Join others who share similar experiences in a safe and supportive environment. 

Garden Shed

Men's Sheds

Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are similar to garden sheds – a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending.

 

The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are the opposite.

Compassionate Café

Join us for our fortnightly Compassionate Café at Lowestoft Library, as part of our Compassionate Care project with St Elizabeth Hospice. Talk about difficult subjects — grief, bereavement, wills — over a cup of tea. Every second Friday at 10am. 

Olive centre lowestoft

The Olive Centre 

Books, magazines, jigsaws and board games. Special clubs and evening events. A coffee bar is open for drinks and snacks. A hot lunch everyday at 12pm for a small cost. Open Monday - Friday 9:30am–3:00pm at 18 Clapham Rd S, NR32 1QS.
