Walk On

Walk On is a free walking group run by LivingGrief at St Elizabeth Hospice.

Open to anyone who has been bereaved.  45-60 min walks in Ipswich and surrounding areas every 2 weeks.   

Coffee and cake after walks to chat.

Suicide Bereavement Café

Monthly bereavement café for those bereaved by suicide to meet others in an informal setting over a cuppa and cake.

 

First Wednesday of each month 11am-12pm. REST Gt Yarmouth, NR30 3AX. 

Garden Shed

Men's Sheds

Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are similar to garden sheds – a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending.

 

The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are the opposite.

Free group set up to support people who have lost someone recently or a while ago. Meet people who have an understanding of what you are going through, share experiences and enjoy a cuppa. No need to book. We meet every Tuesday 10:30-12:00.
